Ruling Request Form

Use this form only if you have already filed a complaint with the CBSC and received a response from the broadcaster. By filling in the form below and submitting it to the CBSC, you are stating that you have read and considered the broadcaster's response and you are not satisfied with that response.

You should submit the form below to the CBSC if you

  1. have received the broadcaster's response to your complaint

    2. and

  2. you are not satisfied with this response.

Please note that all five fields are mandatory in order to successfully submit your request for a ruling.
